If you're talking about what I think you're talking about, try this:

I got the Solid Economy achievement and have updated the original post to move it from the broken list to the working list. I still don't know what I did to get it. It'd be nice it the achievements were explained better.
When cycling through the planets like that it's not only the citizens that don't show, improvements available to be built suffer from the same bug.
Old-Spider noted on Discord that he got the Ask not What Your Empire Can Do For You achievement for getting 30 citizens. I've updated the list in the original post. Edit: I also got the Hyperspace! and Veteran Crew achievements. I'll update the OP to reflect that.
Hover your cursor over the crime stat on your home planet to see the tooltip, it should look something like this. It will tell you whether the crime is coming from your colonies or not. It could also be coming from conquered colonies inhabited by other races.
Someone else speculated that it eliminated crime from citizens on your core worlds but not your colonies. When you hover over the crime stat in one of your core world windows, where does it show the crime is coming from?
Updated the list to indicate that Recruit a Dozen Leaders works.
I finally was able to complete the Orb of Draginol challenge, and did not get the achievement. I've moved it to the "broken" list.

Illauna on the Discord chat showed with a screenshot that he just went over 1000 hours played and didn't get the achievement for that, so all 3 of the hour played achievements are still broken.
What difficulty level are you playing on? On higher difficulties the AI gets a large bonus to moves, which would allow them to "appear from nowhere".
It looks like the fix to enable the Play for 5 Hours achievement doesn't work if you've already played more than 5 hours. Hopefully it works for new players.
The 1.95 Supernova hot patch yesterday said it fixed these achievements: Recruit a Dozen Leaders. Recruit a Leader. Yor Dead Iconian. Commodity Trader - Level 2. Commodity Guru. Commodity Selling Guru. Play for 5 Hours. Play for 100 Hours. Play for 1000 Hours.<
Yesterday's update fixed it for me.
Are you playing at a screen resolution higher than 1920x1080? Just curious.
I saw this exact same problem starting immediately after the update, and reported it on Discord. I think it's getting some developer attention.
Is it possible that when you defeated the Drengin, it left the Slyne and IC allied with each other, and one of them also allied to you? If so, the civ that was allied to both the other two civs would win a diplomatic victory.
Original post updated to indicate that I got a Diplomatic victory (Alliance). This was on Supernova 1.90.
Does these hotfixes work with an ongoing game?
I would expect that some of them do, and some of them require a new game. The fix for asteroid mine production worked immediately in my ongoing game. But I suspect that a change like the explorers trait might require a new game, since XML definitions are often stored in the saved game.
In my 1.9 game the relic effects shows up in the tooltip for a core world's research, manufacturing, etc. But the tooltips for the icons along the top of the galaxy window, and the tooltips for the relics themselves in the galaxy window, don't show the effects, they are blank. I've reported this as a bug on the Discord channel.
Are you sure it's the same AI that built both? I've seen this when an AI has invaded another AI's core world without destroying the shipyard, then builds its own.
Got it! I am showing Ver 1.9.
That's what I'm seeing also.
It's in the lower left corner of the main menu.
The changes under Ideology traits for 9/25 says that the citizen stat buffs for Singularity have been reduced from 200% to 50%. But it seems the description wasn't updated to match: Note this is on a new game started after the 9/25 update.
Below is a screen snapshot showing an item that is contributing -20% to approval, but there is no description of what it is which means players have no idea what to do to fix it.
Were you at war with whatever race that citizen was? I've seen that also, and it was on citizens of core worlds I'd just invaded. I think it's what used to say "You are at war with my race". If that's not the case there may be more than one of t
