Starting with version 0.70, the Yor can manufacture citizens at the beginning of the game. They do need 1 durantium for each citizen, but no longer need promethion. Some anomalies give durantium in one of the choices. Otherwise, you need to do the research to build starbases, then build one at a red star that has durantium.

There are major problems with the AI and colony ships. I first noticed that some AI colony ships stop near a planet, then don’t colonize it or do anything else. They will move away when I colonize the planet. It can be seen in this save game. Load the save, zoom out a little and move right to the white star. Here is another strange typo like the one I reported here . This is in FlavorText.xml and is caused by the same weird character that doesn't print in the conversation.
The spacing can be improved for the summary near the bottom of the screen. The Available Trade Licenses values need to be moved to the left to so there is more distance between them and the next text. The Total Weekly Revenue from Trade Routes: text can be moved further to the right. There should still be enough space after it to allow for large values for revenue. I have three suggestions for this screenshot for Opponent Settings The yellow box shows Players. My testing indicates it is Max Opponents, not Players, so Players should be changed to Opponents. The cyan boxes outline what I think in wasted space. I think that careful adjustment of the spacing will allow the Available Opponents
A scroll bar is needed to show all the text.
New anomalies are spawning at the exact same places that previous anomalies existed. If an anomaly is already there, I don’t know if the new one spawns on top of it or doesn’t spawn at all. I don’t think it spawns somewhere else.
Sometimes I get a drone bay in my list of upgrades. None of the anomalies I had investigated indicated I got it. I checked the quest files and found the reason. The first choice for the Pirate Scrap event (Quest_PirateScrap) gives a drone bay, but the text doesn’t mention it. The event and text also show it gives 2 durantium, 2 modules and 2 nanobots, which it does. Is the drone bay a leftover that should be removed? Should the text be updated? <

Population, or citizen, growth is very strange. It wasn't noticed until 0.70 because that's when a value in the xml was changed. This caused the population growth to take many more turns. I did a lot of testing that was reported on Discord. That value will be changed to be much closer to the original value in the next update. I've looked at the screenshots and may have the answer. I first thought that another starbase had already claimed the relic, but the tool tip in the first screenshot would show that. I then looked carefully at the ring around the starbases and noticed something. For the one that works, the ring is well past the relic. I'm not sure if I've reported this before, but here it is anyway. I'm playing as the Drath Freehold. When I research Xeno Mysticism, it claims it allows construction of the Social Matrix. It doesn't yet, but I don't consider that to be a problem in this alpha. The problem is that the Social Matrix is reported to be for Altarians. Since I'm not Altarian, should Altarians be used here? Maybe use Altarians and Drath or maybe something else

The MPSaves folder is for multiplayer saves. You need to look in the Saves folder.
