"Free trade" policy does not apply + 25% trade value (I ended a round, no difference) A big wish for 0.65: a list of things that are only implemented visually. There are so many things that don't work (ideologies, technologies, politics). I don't think these are bugs. Some may, but not all. I suspect that you implement the graphics / text in one task and the logic in another task later. It might be transparent to internal Stardockian testers, but alpha / beta p

Something seems to be broken at medium zoom level. I already wrote this some time ago. I checked it again while looking at single core payload. It is a single core that gets stressed a lot at medium zoom level. You can zoom in and out slowly to check this. Ranking (from best to worst): 1. Ideology and diplomacy screen 2. completely zoomed out 3. completely zoomed in (no asteroids) 4. medium zoom 5. zoomed in (asteroids) You may take a sa

Please add a shortcut to load last quick save - I want to reassign a diplomat as a governor. First I need to fire him (-10 loyalty unassigned). Second I assign him as governor (-20 has to manage th
Nice dialog: Lord Kona asked me to join his pirate hunt! :-) - I assigned a governour. He got -20 loyalty "I have to manage things". Game did not tell anything (character traits or whatever) that this would or could happen. - Precursor Nanites is a Manufacturing Improvement but it does not level up if you place Manufacturing stuff next to it. It should either get another category or it should level up. - Merit does not reduce the recruitment cost of leaders. - Where
It is very nice to be able to downgrade core worlds! Drag and drop a minister to unassigned should show a warning that this means to fire the minister. Context menu for governours appears after clicking on the planet name but not if you click on the portrait. Click more than twice on the planet name is bugged.
I would like two buttons at galaxy settings: reset all to 1) last game 2) default values My second point has more need for discussion and probably less benefit but I want to share my thought non the less: I think it would be more convinient to label all default values as normal/common. What lies behind normal/common can be what is today rare or whatever. For example: new normal/common black holes = todays rare black holes. A click on default values would put it to n
I like the idea of prestige victory. How satisfied are you with the current design and are you planning any changes? My own suggestion would be to take a more relative approach: the more prestige your opponents get, the more prestige you need to win. Will we be able to manually assign colonies to core worlds (of the same sector ofc) or downgrade core worlds to colonies? Would you remove nested tooltips if you couldn't find a way that is more gain than pain? ;-) <br
- AI clears precursor anomalies but does not survey them - End of turn -> unknown civilization -> game stucks -> ESC -> Victory Screen -> game continues - On godlike: opponent wins by prestige after round 162. An idea: could prestige victory be implemented in a relative manner and not in absolute numbers? I suggest that you win a prestige victory if you are far better than everyone else in multiple areas. Others getting better slow you down.
I had the same issue today and could solve it: ESC -> Victory Screen -> game continued Game stucked more than one time. The routine worked every time. Maybe this helps. GL!
Detailed information is important to me. I want to be able to check if my tactic works and if not why not. Battle Viewer in GalCiv3 helps a lot to understand how attack, defense, tactical speed, ship roles and tactical repair work - more by text than animated visuals. Will the change result in more than one battle happening in parallel? If yes, I would like the ability to pause the game during opponents turns. So, a new bunch of problems to solve. I guess the
Music and ambient sounds are very important for a good first impression. Important for me: the music should fit the genre and never end. So one track follows the next. If there are music gaps in a new game after a short time, it doesn't make a good impression. Ambient sounds shouldn't be disruptive. If you scroll and they get activated, they should either not be activated in the first place or if they are then played to the end. In any case, there should be "smooth" transitions. This occurs t
I would like if tooltips containing no nested tooltip would behave like classic tooltips. For example: 1. Move your mouse on "Civilization". 2. Move to "Leaders". The tooltip of "Civilization" should be replaced by the tooltip of "Leaders". Other examples: Fleets, planets (always when you move your mouse from left to right). Same problem from top to down (for example leader traits). Nested tooltips are new though. Mimot Brotherhood: all colonies got three citizens but I got c

Orb of Draginol: some hints if the player is strong enough to open the pocket universe would be nice. Maybe add more steps: white anomaly -> yellow -> red (precursor) -> pocket universe Pirates / space monsters 20+ movement points: maybe I need to get used to it. But right now I do not like it. In my opinion sensor range of exploration ships should be higher than the movement of pirates and you should not lose your ships if you are careful (move your ships step by step).<b
Nested Tooltips, Galactic Achievements and Prestige Victory hype me :)
I like to see fleets with the numbers when you zoom out far. Maybe it would be even better to show the logistics value instead of the number of ships. This could be true in general (at all zoom levels), I am not sure. A symbol for survey ships is displayed at maximum zoom level. I like this. Military fleets are not shown though. My first impression is, that it would be nice to see both types at maxed out zoom level.
- It would be nice to define points or zones of danger: automated ships would avoid these areas. I know some places occupied by pirates or space monsters and I want to automate little ships. - WASD moves the camera much slower once other sectors are unlocked - Radius of missle range 3 is a litte bit too small to fit the "4 corners rule" in every direction
- Advisor suggests to colonize planet xyz but it requires extreme colonization. There are other planets that are ready for the taking - Tourism does not generate any income - Some QoL idea: A little check box for each executive order. Executive order checked + executive order not on cooldown + enough control -> highlight executive orders (same way as highlighting ideolgies if you have unspent culture points)

Playing as festron: you can trade advanced starting techs. This seems to be much too strong at early/mid game. Maybe disable trading of starting techs?
You happy one! I had enough control... and lost 50 :D Another bug (accured yesterday before the last hot fixes): ideology effiecency did not reduce rush costs - at least not the rush cost of a tiny 200 credit ship.
On the Interface tab of the Options screen, you'll want to adjust the sliders for the objects that are disappearing on you. Those sliders are the zoom level at which they'll disappear, so the higher you set them the better for your personal preferences.
It works. Thank you very much :)
