Ships also become invisible and then become visible again after saving, exiting, and reloading:

Here is another annoying issue with not only the battle predictor, but attacking stacks of enemy fleets: As the first screen snapshot below shows, I am attacking a stack of enemy fleets. At the top (visible) of the stack is an Alterian fleet, however, the battle predictor not only doesn't give a prediction, but it shows that I am attacking a Drengin fleet that is somewhere in the stack. The second screen snapshot shows the 5 fleets in the stack. The issues here are
I know this has been reported under previous versions, but I wanted to make sure you are aware that this is still happening under 1.72.496532: The first screen snapshot below shows that I have 9 citizens, but only 6 of them are visible. If you move your cursor to the blank space on the first row the hover popup will show 2 of the missing citizens and if you move your cursor to the blank space on the left of the second row the hover popup will show the third missing citizen.
In previous versions, when you clicked on a stack of ships, the top ships would be selected. Then, when you clicked on the stack again, the next ship in the stack would be selected. Something has changed because, while the first time you click on a stack of ships still works as before, subsequent clicks do not. The first screen snapshot shows what a stack of Onyx Hive ships looks like after I click on it. The second screen snapshot shows what the stack looks like
So to confirm, currently the tooltip when hovering over pollution is whats incorrect?
Not exactly: You are correct that the tooltip that appears when hovering over the pollution level is wrong as described above, but The tooltip that appears when hovering over the next citizen box is also wrong where it says that growth can be "... significantly decreased on worlds wit
That's quite the accuracy, and this has been a consistent thing in the latest build?
I wouldn't say "consistent" because consistent means every time, but it does happen very often.
I am playing a game under 1.72496532 and encountered the following issue with the Battle Predictor. The Battle Prediction is completely empty as shown in the first screen snapshot below. When I attack the Confirm Battle screen says that I will sustain "Moderate Casualties" and the Onyx Hive will suffer a "Total Loss" as shown in the second screen snapshot below. After I confirmed that I wanted to attack the report for the battle appears in the third screen snapshot below.</p
First, let me say that this is not a complaint! I am thoroughly enjoying winning battles against the Drengin on the Godlike setting, but it does not seem like what is happening should be happening, so ... I just had a couple of battles against Drengin fleets that I thought would be very close, but instead I won them with little to no damage. After the battles, I looked at the battle logs and was surprised to see that my missiles hit their targets with well above the advert
I think you are right: ((551.56 + 1) + ((551.56 + 1) x (-1.00 + 0.12))) x 0.96 = 63.65 It is an ugly calculation, but the math works.
Most percentages in the game seem to be additive so you are just subtracting 100% from your total bonus. You are getting 738% from districts alone which easily offsets this.
I do not believe that is the case for 2 reasons: the 100% penalty is outside of the tree under the 551.56 where all of the other percentage adjustments are, and if the 100% penalty was additive, a quick mental calculat
I decided to make a custom civ using the ammonia-based trait. The first screen snapshot below shows the tooltip that appears when I hover over the pollution level for my home world. The text, which says "High Pollution reduces the Growth of citizens ...", does not look right for an ammonia-based civ. The second screen snapshot below shows the tooltip that appears when I hover over the "Next Citizen" area. This does reflect that the citizen growth rat
I do not know if this was intended behaviour or not, but I thought it was strange so I wanted to bring it up. I have a planet that is so polluted that I got the "A New Pathogen is Born" penalty which, supposedly, reduces manufacturing by 100% for 10 turns. I would think that reducing manufacturing by 100% would mean that manufacturing would be 0, but it shows as 63.65 (first screen snapshot on the left). Why? While that is interesting, it is not the main reason for
Battle Prediction should be dependent on a military academy or a military leader. The better the leader/academy, the better the prediction.
Within the context of this game, what military academy or military leader is involved in making the battle prediction? Are different ones involved in making predictions for the same battle depending on whether you are thinking about attacking or after you have decided to
The Genius Trait on leaders worked the first time I recruited a leader. Additional leaders that I bought that had the Genius trait did not complete my current research. Seems like this Leader trait only works once.
I have found that, when you recruit a leader, sometimes the traits of that leader move to another available leader. For example, if you recruit a leader with the Genius trait which completes the current research, you now

Here is another piece of evidence regarding the Endless Emporium faction showing that it's second effect is Crime and not Income and that the Crime is not respecting the effect of the Censorship trait under the Totalitarianism ideology. The first screen snapshot below shows that the Endless Emporium faction is contributing +7.80 to crime, but the Warforged faction is contributing +0. The second screen snapshot below from the Factions screen shows that the Endless Emporiu
The first screen snapshot below shows an example of graphics disappearing. I would give you a link to a save file, but when I exited the game, restarted the game, then loaded the save file, the graphics were back as shown in the second screen snapshot below. I realize this is the type of bug that is very difficult to find, but I wanted to make sure you are aware of it.
I am pretty sure that i mentioned this one a long time ago, but while I am on the topic of Faction issues: Is the second effect of the Freemind Center an increase in Ship Range (a good thing) or an increase in Maintenance costs (a bad thing)? If the effect is an increase in Maintenance costs, then please fix the text which currently says "Maintenance to all Ships to all their Ships". <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/64/79/6479257/1f127f16-95ce-4fed-a4bf-dc849a5
By the way, trying to finish this game sucks so bad, I am not going to continue playing it. I am going to start a new game and test different options.

Another case of a single Baratak ship attacking one of my fleets, but this time the interesting thing is to look at the name of the ship (B.G.S Cruiser M9-15) and then look at the ship Class and Hull Size which is "Battleship" and "Battleship Hull". 2 questions: Why is the AI putting "Cruiser" in the name of a Battleship? Why isn't there a "." after the "S" in the name? (it should be B.G.S. not B.G.S) <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/for
Here is another issue with the Endless Emporium: I have added enough leaders to raise the discount when buying at the Galactic Bazaar to over 100% which, if I remember how math works correctly, means that everything at the Galactic Bazaar should be free. However, nothing at the Galactic Bazaar is free. The second screen snapshot shows that Helios Ore is 110 credits. There is nothing that I have been able to find that explains how the prices in the Galactic Bazaar are calcu
The following screen snapshot shows that the AI civs that spam single ships have also indoctrinated them in the Kamikaze tradition. What possible sense does it make to have single ships attack large fleets where they do not even get a shot in before they are destroyed?
Here is another one - the Battle Prediction is that my fleet will receive "Extreme Casualties" but, as the Battle Report shows, I only lost 4 carrier fighters.
As shown in the first screen snapshot below (on the left), I have a fleet that is about to attack an enemy fleet. It shows that my fleet has 12 ships plus 4 fighters from a carrier. It also shows that the fleet has a combat rating of 44 and 886 total hit points. The second screen snapshot (on the right) shows that the enemy fleet also has 12 ships, but no additional fighters from a carrier. It has a combat rating of 28 and 169 total hit points. When you compare
