I made a poor attemt to create an animated skin. Needless to say, the experiment failed §tatic makes mention of a few animated skins on the other post, and the only other animated skin I have seen and used, is the default Aquarium skin on WindowBlinds.

If what you want is to design wallpapers to go with the color of the theme/skin you are using, there are several programs that you can use to design a wallpaper. -PhotoShop -PaintShop -Bryce Just to name a few.

There are countless of ways to make the windows logo in PS. A good way to do it is, -COPY and PASTE the logo to your PS. -Create a new layer. -Outline the logo -Add colors, texture, bevels, etc. Hope this helps

With all that security, I'ts hard to imagine a hacker going thru your system. I lean toward a worm/virus in your system. Usually when files disappear or get moved around your system , its a sign of a worm. Viruses usually destroy main files with in result will cause your system to crash. Run a compleate virus scan on your entire system, maybe you are over looking something.
