I would support the icons being a little bigger- say about 10-20%. Also - I would like to see the base tile after you get improvements on it. Example - when I conquer a planet - I notice the AI tends to build over types of tiles with what ever they want. Sometimes the only way to know what is underneath is to destroy the improvement and rebuild. Need a better option than that.

ok - the bug on the planet districts seems to be all types of districts. I noticed this in the mid game when I started getting upgrades to manufacturing like Xeno factories. I would think that if you get the research tech upgrade , you should be able to upgrade all your manufacturing districts base level (as long as at least 1 factory tile for example). What I observed is that while I could upgrade several planets (as expected) occasionally I would notice I would not b

Movement should scale with Tech and mid and late game. As I mention above - I don't mind a slow pace at start - but when you are in the end game, there is no point in having slow ship speed - that "grind" is just off putting. that's Why I suggest doubling the bonus for each tech leap in movement - it slowing increases the benefit without accelerating to end the end game, but still helps avoid the grind of flying ships across the galaxy. Again - if you maxed out all the movem

I currently like the growth rate on planets as is. I haven't had a problem and when the new techs come into play - such as medical center, they help. Just my experience.

There needs to be a another setting between 9 (several) and 22 (galactic). 22 is just crazy big and 9 while good - I sometimes would like a little more like a 14 setting.
Since this works as designed with resources being generated by RGN, I see no reason for a change or a balance pass as you win some you loss some.
No - this is broken. I'm played several games and promethian is very rare- even when resources are set to max. This needs to be more in line with durathinium.

Much like the mimot, the festron seem a bit unbalanced , but not in the way you might think. I would like to see a technology that either allows one to Conquer and Purge the festron from a planet (genocide) or nuke them from orbit (only way to be sure). becuase in the current game mechanics - I can take over their planet s- but all my humans will be eaten - even if the planet remains loyal to my empire.

The mimot seem unbalanced - I've played several games now and even when I raise the "intelligence" to like godlike , the mimot still steamroll over other races too. I'm ok with them being fertile , but they need some bigger negatives.

Frogboy, I know in years past I have been one of your critics, but I think GalCiv 4 nails it well. Very pleased how the game turned out. Thanks! A few questions - Invasions - there seems no way to "repell" an invasion - even if you build defenses (so whats the point?). its just a matter of time. 1. maybe if you introduced a mechanic - something simple like - each defense builds your defense rating and
