1.55 Invisible planet improvements

Hello,

1. I have experienced invisible planet improvements with 1.55 and the previous versions. It happens when you navigate between planets with the arrow in the planet view. It doesn't happen when you go directly to a planet from the galaxy view. The improvement is there but invisible. You can even drag-and-drop it (dragging invisible tile).

2. Another thing I experience (again in 1.55 and previous) is missing tech. I see there is already a post about Precursor Origins but I am also missing "Hydroponics" and the "Techapod Hive" tech.

3. One last question: Is there a way to destroy an orbital improvement? You cancer a planet and the orbital improvements are all filled. I would like to change some, but see no way to do it.
