The game is still running, but the screen is black. The cursor still shows, and I can move it, but I can't get anything else to happen.

The longer I play a game, the more frequent the crashes come. The screen just freezes, then goes to black. If I reload from the last auto-save point, it will repeat the crash within a few turns. Eventually I give up and start a new game. I don't know what is happening here, the ability to send a crash report does not pop up, so I don't think this is being noticed unless other players are experiencing the same thing.
I just got this screen while research an anomaly and it crashed my game.
At this point I can't play for longer than an hour without a crash.

The AI player is STILL taking out defended anomalies without a survey ship.
I don't seem to be able to paste anything here. Is there a tool or website I'm supposed to use?
I'm still getting the crash where the screen freezes and then goes black. I still see the cursor, but nothing else. I have to run task manager to stop the game. This usually occurs after I've been playing for at least one hour, and after 100-150 turns.
I look at the list of strategic resources I have available to trade and realized I don't know what uses many of them have. If I hover over an item, is there any way to get a short blurb as to what uses they have before I trade them?
The AI player is still taking down defended anomalies without a survey ship.
This is straight out of my home planet at the start of the game. I'm trying to move a probe 6 hexes and it makes a wide swing, taking twice the distance.
I'm witnessing some crazy rout pathing by my ships. They look like fish hooks, taking the long way around instead of a straight line.
What am I missing? Why can't I build shipyards on my core worlds?
Do we have a date of release for 0.8 yet?
I'm getting so few culture points per game that I give them little notice as they aren't impacting my game in any significant way.
Invasion tactics? Do I have to leave any Festrons alive?
Will invasion tactics be included in some future build? I would like to be able to glass a planet full of Festrons.
Long time issue where events step on each other. I've witnessed this with IV and have been surprised it has survived this long. How much code from III was re-used?
So far in this game there are a few things you can count on as always happening. 1. The AI player will rush to subspace travel. 2. The AI player will flood your sector with colony ships. How many of you have formed a goon squad of ships to stand guard at the terminus of a subspace lane to prevent this? There is no way a human player can produce the number of colony ships the AI player is producing and remain a productive and growing race. The only sol
I had a game stall when receiving the message that the Drengin had been destroyed by the Xeloxi. When the Xeloxi turn came up, the game hung and I couldn't do anything to get it moving again.
I set mine proximity to far with a large starting sector and will often get 1 or 2 aliens races in my same sector.
AI player is surveying defended anomalies without survey ships.
Heavily defended anomalies have always been difficult to take down. I have always had to build a big fleet around a survey ship to destroy the defenders and survey the anomaly. In my current game, there were many heavily defended anomalies in my starting sector, but they have slowly been disappearing during the course of the game. I began to observe the many alien fleets moving about my home sector and have watched them take out all the heavily defended anomalies. NONE have them have had a su
The cost to build a supply ship is nearly triple the cost of building a colony ship. Shouldn't it be cheaper? It's just a space truck, not a people mover.
Did you fix the AI colony ship spam bug?
