If this posts twice - sorry... I thought I had the 'can't find..activate.exe' prob solved - at least for me - when I switched from Norton to McAfee. Any way, last nite I went in to Impulse and dl'd the latest IconPackager update (4.00.166) and the problems back. How do I revert to the prior version? I think I've found the 'hackup' file, but how to I activate it? Can't find any think in either Impulse or SDC to do so.

I, again, thought I had the "Can't find...Activate.exe" problem solved for me. Then I went in to Impulse last nite and DL'd the new version - .166. Right back to the 'Can't find..." when trying to change individual icons. I did find the archive/backup file (I think) so how do I go about reverting to that saved version from the new one? Can't find any thing on how to do so in either Impulse or SDC.

Have a prob with the "WC Select" Theme. DL'd and the file was automatically imported into ThemeManager. But when I select it in the 'preview' window there is a small box with a red x in front of the 'click to apply'. A little nervous to apply something that doesn't preview correctly. Suggestions?

Yes, v4.00.165 (x86). It may have fixed the 'program' activation issues, but not the 'change icon' from the std icon 'properties' tab. At least as far as I know.

The 'activation' didn't work. Every time I try to 'change' an icon type I get the following error message - "Windows cannot find 'C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Stardock\IconPackager\Activate.exe.' Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start Button,and then click Search." This is a known problem and I understand a fix is in the works. Am attempting to change the icon on a specific file type (winzip) file properties so it will display correctly. Under current icon package 'zip' files display as 'txt' files. What, exactly, is the 'filter by tag' function in the WindowBlinds/Wallpaper supposed to do? I assumed it was supposed to allow you to sort your wallpapers by subset. Doesn't appear to be working though. Any help would be appreciated.
