Sins of a Solar Empire removed from applications page and product history. in Stardock Support General Stardock Forums

Hi, I purchased Sins of a Solar Empire around a year ago. Today I thought I would re-install it via Impulse, however I have a minor issue. My applications page says I don't own anything at all, and when I tried retrieving my serial number and product purchase information via email, it said nothing about my purchase for Sins of a Solar Empire. Almost as if it never happened. Is there a way for me to get my money back or some way to fix this problem?

I only saw like... One new ship model. (I.E. A ship that wasn't stretched/enlarged...) No offense, but you need to work on your modeling skills.

It could be a number of reasons... Does it crash on start-up? Or later on in the game? It could be possible that you do not have the proper specs on you computer for Sins to run. If you do have the proper specs, then email Ironclad and ask them whats up.

Minidump is [U][B]NOT[/B][/U] what is crashing your game. Minidump is a crash log. In other words, it documents when the crash occurred and what it's cause was. It is by no means causing the crashes.

*Too lazy to read other posts* The only thing I don't like about this mod, is that it crashes very [I]VERY[/I] frequently. Is it just me or am I not the only one where it crashes 9 out of 10 times?

I have the SAME exact issue that Eliana does. You need to type out the name of the planet since it doesn't show in the drop-down box.

Thx for the Links Nova, I was somewhat unsure about the game. All I wanted was a Gameplay clip and Yahoo didn't have any when I looked... But now I am silenced... The game looks awesome... I justed wanted more info on the game, and I got it, thx

And to Novaburst, Yes I understand the point of them allowing the Beta only to the people who Pre-Ordered, I just want more info on how the gameplay is. Atleast like a video that describes it because screenshots only show the fighting and the Gameplay link doesn't help me much for what I'm looking for...

Why don't they just make a demo for the public? I'm not pre-ordering the game and pay 50 dollars just to see what the game is like, I'm just saying if these guys want more people to pre-order they should give out a free public version of the beta, most people probably want to check out this game and don't want to buy the game... Atleast not yet anyway... I'm just saying, they'll get more people if they make a public demo.
