Seiko75 - Just to let you know Dropbox and Discord are both free for the basic version. They're very good apps (nothing is 100% guaranteed safe in life, so always use protection [e digicons]}:)[/e] ) used by a lot of people on this forum. Dropbox is a great utility for securely sharing files - the person your sharing with has no access to your computer. Discord is a hosting site and is used by Stardock for all its newer games, it's a lot busier than the normal forum.</

It's not doing it any more. Must have been a glitch that fixed itself when game got reloaded. I'll let you know if I see it happening again.
Currently he's know as "Boric the Annoying" by the players [e digicons]}:)[/e]
It would help to know how many of the ship upgrades and Orbital Improvements we have left like the Artifacts in the Vault screen show. Some are unlimited, but others are finite based on how many times you have uncovered them (like the Artifacts). Nothing worse than using your last one & then finding a better use for it 2 turns later.
I'll try to look for patterns.
Currently you can double left click on a ship icon to get the detailed specs. I would imagine it would be difficult at some point to show all the upgrades on the smaller basic info screen. I
Paul - Did you get your punch cards returned to you wrapped in big sheets of greenbar paper with rubber bands holding everything together? Many fond memories of trying to debug a Cobol program.
Seems "Distant Vision" needs some TLC also -
Paul - Don't bother to use supply ships to rush an item in your build Queue with only 1 turn - it won't change them to "rushed" I mainly use them for big items with 7-15 turns of production needed. You can see the impact as soon as you use the supply ship. You can also send supply ships from production heavy core worlds to new core worlds to help them get a leg up.
Paul - "Bureaucratic Offices" is the only other improvement that gives control that I know of. 1 per planet (just core worlds except capital) - only .1 control per turn. You'd have to have a fairly large empire to make a significant impact, and that's pretty hard to do as the game is currently configured.
Why are the traits changing based on the job they're being assigned to? https://www.dropbox.com/s/b4uc9j551yxxz97/Supernova%20Insider%201.60.390049.9.021.GC4Sav?dl=0 <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/18/60/1860429/c1eed1fd-6ee
You were doing so well with the new Vault icons, and then "She blinded me with science" -
Really like the new Vault icons -
Gameplay seems a little smoother with update [e digicons]:digichet:[/e] Still need to cut back on 5 control points for loading citizen into ship, IMHO [e digicons]}:)[/e]
Share the wealth dude [e digicons]}:)[/e]
This isn't something new, just one of those little things that bug me every time I see it. IMHO the change in Decay should read -50% (now says +50%). You're decreasing the loss due to distance not increasing it. If you really want to be clear change it to "Decay penalty -50%".
More Commander ships have been given a Survey Module. Not sure if this made it into the update. There are still many groups with no Flagship. Legendary, Discovery, Hero, Destruction, Command, Builder, Promethion, Expansion, Agressive - all have 0 Balanced, Exploration, Missle, Defensive, Crime, Influence, Economic - have only 1. World Supporting and Scavenger have 2, Science 3, Fleet 4, and Flag all 7
Tried Custom Civ. Governor now working correctly per change list. Thank you very much.
Definetely turn down autosave to every 1 or 2 turns. Won't stop the hang ups, but at least you won't lose a lot of game time.
Jonny B - Yes, this bug keeps cropping up in almost every release. They're working on this one now. They say it's usually something like another Civ getting hung up trying to eject a ship from a shipyard. What I do is set AutoSave to min every 2 turns (Options-GamePlay). If you have a game save from before the hang up they'd love to have it.

The new Altarian siege ship has the same name as the freighter.
I just noticed that it now costs 5 control to load a citizen on a constructor. What are you trying to accomplish with these changes? Slow down the expansion at the start of the game? There wasn't enough control to use Executive commands as it was. Did you add some source of control points that we're not aware of? This change needs to go in the trash bin asap IMHO. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/18/60/1860429/42e6ae9c-2fa7-4455-9836-af1c22b62be9.
