H'i everyone. Have e-mailed Stardock support about using objectdesktop in Win ME.They have stopped support for Win ME and just like other tech support for programs the answer is "tough". Well I've got ThemeManager + Icon Packager to play with,so i can alter Windows to make appear nicer. Just say thanks to you all for your help & advice much appreciated! Right i will see what Stardock can come up with.But if it means going to Win XP,thats not an option with me.Because my wife has XP on hers and i hate it! Thanks to every one I will let you know how it goes

H'i I have downloaded, reinstalled,till i'm blue in the face.But everytime i get exactly the same result. Error message on desktopx = (A device attachted to the system is not functioning)Next error msg on desktopx = (The desktop exe file is linked to missing export KERNALL32DLL: Module32NextW ).And desktopx will not open! Widgets wont open as it is linked to desktop.I got Icon packager working,Icon Developer,Theme Manager, Window blinds Thats all.It do

H'i Object desktop refuses to uninstall from control panel message says (this program is uninstalled) But it still runs on the computer.So i got to windows explorer try to uninstall files, that says (Its using files that other programs need,if i uninstall it some programs will not run) Never had this situation before.Any suggestions! H'i Developer yraq. I have got the cd Object Desktop Dec 14 2004. Only ever installed from cd,apart from 1 download of desktopx but i did a clean install on that.Still no joy.I am from the UK so perhaps my way of writing or explaining seems odd! None of these will open or install from CD or trying from the files. Win FX.Widgets.Right Click. Keyboard Launcher.Component Tray.Deskx. Thanks
