Why is the Diligence value of recruited Leaders dropping by 50%?

I know not allowing Civs to spend money in a trade that made them go negative was fixed in the basic game, but it seems that you need to look at this in Supernova.

Shouldn't it say +1 Colony ship?

Need to fix wording of second sentence - maybe "They are creating havoc in their wake."

If I remember correctly, at one time the one you can't pick had something like "restricted to synthetic beings" in the tool tip.  That does make sense.

I've seen that a couple of times, so I agree that would make sense, but this doesn't say anything about being "restricted to synthetic beings".  If the code is blocking it for that reason then they need to add the words so players know why they can't pick that option.  However given the wording of this option I don't see any logical reason burning the monument would be restricted to synthetic beings.

So the Galactic Seed vault was one of the AI generated quests.  It decided only synthetics could answer it for some reason.  I've edited it.

Ok I fixed all these other than the diligence one.

There are traits that lower diligence such as Prejudice.

Can you post your save?

Didn't use it.

Looks like it was sent to Dev's on another thread: https://forums.galciv4.com/518688/leader-bait-and-switch-issue

Same one you're seeing on your "Post your saves" post.  Unless you want an earlier or later one.  I keep them all back to start my current game.

Gotcha.  yea I'm playing around with that save but for a different reason: MORE WAR needed.

When you figure out what's going on maybe you could add a toggle for those players who want to play in a totally non-violent Galaxy }:)

The toggle is named Map Editor and it allows you to put the others in tiny sectors with many sectors between you and them with them being out of range till they have finished the tech tree that gives more range,

Map editors should be required by the Constitution and World court to be part of the initial release of every game.

The key really is to pick peaceful civs as opponents. That'll take care of it.  Much of my weekend work will be based on your save.
