Help with new account: WinCustomize and Stardock in Stardock Software WinCustomize Forums

I am new to your world (March 2, 2004) Heard about you all on "The Screen Savers" I have purchased Object Desktop and DesktopX 2.x along with WinCustomize and have downloaded them and regestering per instruction. ( I have spent $90.00 so far) I cannot load the "The Screen Saver" skin on my desktop because my mesage says I need DesktopX and when I go to download it (again) my computer says I already have it installed. I am new to Stardock and WinCustomize. I purchased DesktopX 2.x and Object Desktop Network Edition... a total of $90.00 worth and I cannot download even the simple Screensavers "skin". I get a message that I need Desktop X and when I try to download it, my computer says I already have it, I am new to your world but I am not stupid about computers.
