Hello, and thanks for Start11. I have a dual screen setup and running the Start11 latest version. There is strange and perhaps funny bug in Start11's own config app, in which if I start it and then use WIN+SHIFT+arrow key combination to shift its window to the secondary screen only the overlay (items and controls on the window) is move and the rest of the window (mostly background only) stays on the 1st screen! I have attached the relevant dual-screen-shot.
