Admirable goals, that all depend on balance not being broken at the core. I can load a game of gal civ, see one of my citizens is a scientist. Switch him to a worker, and watch as my research output goes ...up. It's not the only problem I've noticed. I can theory-craft x strategy, y strategy, z strategy. It's all theory crafting, but if I then test in game and z strategy is out performing, everytime, and not by a little bit, by a lot. Balance is broken. My experience w
