I'm experiencing the same problem. I'm on Windows 11 with Start11, previously running version 2.56. Due to a bug where clicking taskbar icons would open two applications simultaneously, I upgraded to version 2.74. My taskbar is set to the top position. In version 2.56, desktop icons could be dragged very close to the bottom. However, in version 2.74, they cannot be moved close to the bottom no matter how I try to drag them. Aha, this is good news. What should I do if I want to set the popup of Windows notifications to the bottom left corner (with the taskbar at the top)? Can it be set to the second screen?
