Windowblinds 4 not starting up/showing in display properties.

Hi folks. Just installed windowblinds 4 on a laptop. However when I go to display properties there is are none of the additional buttons/menus etc to load a skin. Have it running fine on my pc. Is this a graphics driver issue? Any ideas? Laptop: PIII Win XP with SP1 Graphics chip: SiS 630. Latest driver installed.
