I would like to add the Citizen transfer system. Having to build a colony ship for every citizen I want to transfer is tedious and wasteful. I end up with a mass of empty CS, on my main Science / financial / production / food, worlds with nothing to do but destroy them. At least let us launch empty CS. Or introduce a Purpose built ship. To make this a little less clunky. But it still wont beat the GC3 system.
