What's the right place to find help for problems with the Stardock Central auto-update process? (It seems to hang on this 'Activating Product' step for hours) ~SDC~

I don't know if this is the right place or not...but I can't find any place else. I've been trying to auto-update GC and it gets to 'Activating Product' and just stalls...its been 'Activating Product' for about 6 hours. ~SDC~
