Is it possible to mod the outliner panel in the top right where you manage your planets, fleets, shipyards, etc.? I'd love to shrink it down permanently or have the option to transition to a mini version. Never modded a game before so I'm clueless about what could be done or not. Willing to try though if it's possible. Loving the layout but feel some things are too large. I get from a design perspective why Stardock did it, but late game it gets frustrating. And I'm not
