Not sure where to post game bugs in GalCiv III Support GalCiv3 Forums

Just started a game for the first time. Chose easy settings etc. Went to go build on an arid tile and it kept switching the location off of the tile I was choosing. Is this normal? http://imgur.com/A9lRrQT Spot where I'm trying to build a research lab is highlighted on the right side. It keeps moving it to another spot other than the one selected.
