Does anyone out there know how to get a higher level of support. I have two computers that need to have an offline activation of Curtains and Customer Support doesn't even know how their program works. They have no clue about the .resp file that is required to activate. Someone please help. I've been going round and round for two weeks on this.
I now have an activation request file. Your directions and videos do not match what is occurring on my screen. What do you want me to do with the .req file?
You have 3 options: (1)-Use the process that I sent you (2)-Edit your Internet Option settings to stop blocking such things: Where is the 3rd option? Because the first two don't work. I even dropped the internet settings to the lowest security and it changed nothing.

Horrible customer service. I can't activate Curtains offline. Customer service is a joke. First they blow me off saying that I found a solution to my problem. This has been going on for over a week. They finally supplied a reg hack that does nothing and then don't reply to my emails. Anyone got any ideas? After a couple of days still no answers on offline activation.
