Yeah that is really not the same. Purging unwanted Pops is just such a basic feature of most 4x Games, since Master of Orion that would never have thought Galciv would limiting the Player so much and not have it. From Master of Orion over the Civ Games to Stellaris. Every Game allows the Player to get rid of Population. For Meschanic or Roleplay Reasons. I would never even have thought that a Game like GalCiv4 that wants to be a modern complex 4x Game lack
