Well, I gave up and switched to Classic Shell. I have Start10 on 2 other computers, but have not updated to the latest version, so I'm hoping I can keep using those copies.

Hi Neil, Thanks for the reply. The start menu filled up with Windows utilities: Task Mgr, WinRAR, Admin Tools, etc. I went through and kicked them off the list, and it now shows some programs I was using at the time I upgraded, but still no sign of recently-used programs. I can update it manually, but I would like to see it start working the way it did with Win 8 and as it did with 10 when I first got it. Any hints? Thanks.

When I first installed Start10, it faithfully updated my Most-Used list that pops up when I click the Start button. Now, however, it has only a random selection of programs, several of which I have never used. Is this due to the recent update? Can I roll back? Can the vendor fix this?
