Yes it works if I build economic stimulus, I can end the turn then. But for consistency, like for ships, there should be a skip turn option that one can chose (IMHO).
Thanks @ DCvsMarvel this does infact allow me to progress to the next turn. But I still think that it is a bug that will not allow to leave a planet doing nothing and then going to the next turn. Just like ships there should be a button to skip the round that we could use if we want.
