Reply to Roll-up fences underneath other windows in Fences Stardock Forums

I agree with this request, but I would take it one step further. When a roll-up is docked, I would like them to never be covered by a window, even in full screen mode. Similar to the task bar, windows will full-screen to the top of the task bar, but no further. If that could be implemented, or an option to allow that to occur could be implemented, one could make an instant access panel across the top of the screen that wouldn't be interfered with by window placement.
