Afaik the Great Amusement is an event, where you have the choice to share the result with each player in the galaxy, AI can have this event too, so if several AI have this event and do the 'friendly' choice, you and each other get this buff. About Print Money, you are correct, there is something wrong with this and they really should at a timer anywhere like *Print Money (3)*

How do i upgrade my ships with the latest design?

How do i set the faction of a custom civilization? If i copy one premate civ, it keeps its faction, regardless of things im changing there.

Ich tried to accumulate much prometheum, but it seems it has no impact to growspeed. What I am missing here?
