Help With Custom Race Homeworlds For a Custom Map in Modding GalCiv2 Forums

Hi all Galciv fans. I am trying to place the starting planets for custom civilizations on a custom map (Milky Way), but when I start the game, my custom race starting planet is random. It is easy to set the homeworld for a stardock defined race (terran, drengin, etc.) but assigning a planet to a custom race via the customMap.xml files isn't working. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
