Help with Logon Studio in Beginners WinCustomize Forums

I recently downloaded Logon Studio from wincustomize(7.5MB) but wihen I try to install it , after installing 99% it gives a message- "The application failed to initialize properly(0cx0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application." This is disappointing. Can anyone tell me what is the problem? Thanks in advance. By the way I am using windows XP sp2.
