Did you start a new turn and see if it was added after that?

So whether I am creating a huge model or a tiny the parts are already scaled for that size?

Do I need to create templates or actual ships off the templates i.e. one with basic missile, kinetic and beam weapons for each size? I have been creating a ship style for one of my races ang cannot seem to get it right for editing ship styles.

Hopefully, this post is in the right section... To the master ship builders we have for the game; How do you know if your custom ship is the "right" size for the template you make? For example, I would like to make very similar designs from tiny, small to medium... When resizing of parts or creating from scratch I am not sure at times if my tiny craft becomes too large or same for small or medium. I know the basics but am not sure if I spend hours on a tiny un

I have ten races uploaded to the server now and have another 20 to go. Would some of the ship designers like to make various fleets for my races? I am not very good at designing. I have ideas on what I want but not how to go about it... Not sure if someone might be able to make some.

I say one warning then go to a 7 day ban for the second offense. A three day ban is a long weekend... Big deal. Make it more strict on the consequences and then the piracy will go down swiftly when moderated correctly.

I am a minor contributor. In GCIII I created about 45 Civs which I uploaded to the server and about half of mine were pirated. While part of me was happy that someone thought well enough of my civ designs to do that it is still rather dubious. I can not make ships designs very well and really enjoy those such as Airmaster who put so much effort and do a great job with designs and know it has to rankle their skin to know others just blatantly rip off designs. What about scaling defensive items by ship size? If Consider tiny swarms taking out a huge ships. What if defense scaled. For example armor on a tiny ship would be 5 points Def, 6 for small, 10 for medium, 12 for large and 16 for huge.... It would represent more area for armor, or power for shields etc... I win too many battle versus large and bigger ships by virtue of swarming with tiny ships... Has this been brought up?

Can anyone send me or point me to an example user created home world system? I have 20 user created races right now and would love to add custom homeworlds for each one. I am new to this and would like to see a sample that someone has created already so I could "copy" into my own.

Thanks for the info. I am pretty sure when I go into design mode it only lets me choose parts from the race I have to choose at the beginning of going into designer.

I want to create ships that look like the attached file but need to create parts that curve... as in the front of the ships below. Is there anyone who can point me how to create parts for this?

In the mods area to add logos, Bg's and foregrounds there is a folder named "Citizens/Portraits" I would love to add more/new citizens. What size is their .png to be? Plus, I am assuming you need to have separate folders in this folder for each different citizen type... How to name them? All help would be much appreciated.

I see a file folder to add Citizens, assuming pics but what size and how are they named? Assuming they have to be a part of a race....
