So theres no way to download a theme from a skinner unless he puts it up?? in New Users WinCustomize Forums

I saw some really nice work from a guy named picco14. He had a really awesome pirate theme that I wanted but I guess its just a picture. So Do I just have to wait until he uploads it or am I not ever gonna get it??
