To upgrade to Windows 10, you must be running Windows 8.1. For almost a year now, I have been trying to instal 8.1 but always get a prompt to remove Deskscapes. I have done this but everytime I get the same error message - To continue uninstall the Deskscapes App. I have done this buit still get the same error message. I have got to the point where I had given up on installing 8.1 but I now need to to install windows 10. Any help gratefully received
