CursorFX Intallation Error Message in Stardock Support General WinCustomize Forums

I have uninstalled CursorFX 2.01 because it did not revert to the selected CursorFX Theme after changing within 'some' applications. When I re-install CursorFX I receive the following Error message; "Could Not Access Network Location /Themes" What am I doing wrong - any ideas?

Cursor Keeps Changing Back To Windows Default in CursorFX Stardock Forums

CursorFX v2.01 OS Windows 7 I can select a cursor using CursorFX and it is 'applied' just fine. However, as soon as 'do something' such as select a desktop icon or open Explorer or Internet Explorer, it reverts to the Windows default cursor. This happens whichever theme I select. Any idea what is turning the CursorFX effect off?
