Hi, why cant I target a AI-player controlled planet with Poison gas module to reduce farming there by 10 points?

[/quote] Tnx but thats only getting me an income from the taxes. Let´s say I make a deal, 50 creds per months. I only gets 33% of that cause of taxes. But when I make an expensive offering that I have to pay 50 creds, I loose the whole amount.

As you can see, my revenue is GDP: 30, Treaty Revenue 50 (from trading monthly). And tax 33%. Shouldn´t be a total of 26 per months?
