Thanks for the quick reply! I don't think I installed any "optimizations". However, when I first try to run DxDiag, I get a lot of errors and no information. However, if I "Run 64-bit DxDiag", all of the information is reported and correct. There was also some point where I directly downloaded DirectX 9.0c to run an older program, which is the DirectX version reported in the debug file, instead of 11, which is what is reported in my 64-bit dxdiag. &n

Heya, I just downloaded the GalCiv ultimate pack from Impulse, but can't get it started. My computer ran the demo just fine. My system specs are as follows: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. Video: NVidia GeForce GTS 250 (Driver Date: 4/3/2010) CPU: Intel Q6600 2.4 @ 2.64 GHz 4GB of memory DirectX Version: 11 (Although I have downloaded 9.0c to try and run some other games before.)
