GC4 on Steam ? This is wonderful news. But I came here because I received Stardock's newsletter right now, "Sun, 30 Apr at 13:08", informing me only now of this Steam release, and what it is (versus Epic release)... And for a couple of days now on the Steam discussion page/community hub, it was mayhem, as very few understood the moves, the costs, the contents, and the devs scrambled for trying to answer questions and concerns (why the devs? (sigh...) When reading " Experience Quality of Life Improvements ", I hoped to see the update allowing another seller, i.e. Steam, as Epic is a no-no for me... Well, I will wait then a bit more. After all, the game will become better and better patch after patch, DLCs after DLCs, and a day I will buy the full version and go beyond the hours I enjoyed on GC3... (1617.7h...)
