Changing Windows XP theme - help for a newbie! in Stardock Software WinCustomize Forums

Hello, Everybody! I am a newbie here and I'd like to change my Windows look and feel... I found a lot of programs here what can change things in Win. Wich programs must I have to change completely (icons, cursors, taskbar, watch, windows's frames and background buttons and so on? Please, just give me a list what programs shall I download.
