Can I stop AI who came from star to atack my planets ? in Strategy Sins Forums

Hello friends. I have one question. I colonize all planets in my solar system and want to go to another. But, when I go whit my fleets to another sistem, some AI come with ships from star and atack on my planets and I must return my fleet. Is there some upgrade to break that or sometnihng else or I must have enought ships on atacked planet to protect them ? Thanks
