it´s really really really no fun with this pantheon mode and generals being that much OP against Assassins ! It´s a pitty for the game that even the best assassin Unclean beast was patched to death, so you don´t see it on the battlefield anymore. Can´t stand with him toe-to-toe anymore against Erebus, Oak or even Sedna !

The Pantheon mod is ridiculous - against 2 EB or Oaks or mixed you can´t win with nerfed beast and reg or the new assassin. don´t mention Rook.... Generals are too mighty, can solo every assassin and get anarmy fro free with them. It´s no fun to be honest ! Mix in their prioest idols and you can´t get them down. Is this the way generals are supposed to be ?

I like demigod. That´s a fact. But I won´t vote a game for "best strategy game", which isn´t a strategy game at all. In my mind it is an action-rpg-tactic game. There´s no strategy involved in this game. You level and gain money by slaying opponents like in any other RPG. You chosse different skills in different pathes like in other ation-rpg´s like Diablo. There´s no base building, you only control one unit or a handful of minions in addition.

Really nice thread regarding the answers.... [e digicons]:grin:[/e] But to be honest: I like this game, but I miss the diversion. 2 new Demigods and maybe 2-3 new maps + some items would bring alot of new motivation into the game. Hope they are working on it and it won´t last very long till the next big patch. Some good new games are on the horizon and I would miss demigod....

No, since I have only relatively few games too, it can´t be that I lose 300 points in one game, then winning 10 games and not being able to compensate that points from 1 lose !! Something is really wrong if it is supposed to work that way. A 2:1 ratio ranking on no. 9 is ridiculous !

For new players I would advise NOT playing pantheon at first. As mentioned above, train against the CPU, then make some custom "noob" games with your favoured god(s). If you feel you are right for good competition join pantheon. It´s really frustrating playing a 3on3 where one "fresh" player thinks he can go 1on2 (cause he plays UB ;-) ) and feed the enemy, making it impossible to win in the long run....

A pitty to see, that those guys only play custom games. It would be more impressive if that records were made in the pantheon, where you never know who you are facing and with whom you play ! In addition it´s beyond my imagination how you can play daily (!!) about 7-8 games in average. I don´t have even the time - and when, I would get bored too soon from the game.... anyways, congrats too ;-)

I´m confused about the ranking and exp calculating system too. Had a winning streak yesterday of 10 games in a row, having a ratio of 13:3 in the actual pantheon being rank 968 ! wtf ! Exp is 855 and I have beaten some real good players in really good and close matches. When I have a look at the top ten, no.9 has 2:1 and no.10 of the ladder 3:2 ! Hey, something is definately wrong with the calculation !

We often play over LAN and realized, that hard AI is still too weak if we are 5 people to fit ta 3on3 ! So we put it on nightmare. It was really a nightmare because at about lvl16 the AI was unbeatable, havein an attack spped being unbelievable delivering unseen damage. Guess it has three of the best rings which costs 25000 ! It didn´t kill any of us in early game so it is cheating very very hard, not being any chaleenge anymore. This just suxx !
