My Colors Theme "Toon" download failed in MyColors Stardock Forums

Hello all! I have purchased Object Desktop Ultimate, Toons Desktop My Colors Theme (and when I purchased it quite a while ago, the Winter Wonderland Theme came along free). I have installed Impulse and My colors. Under My Themes, listed is Quest, Winter Wonderland. I entered New Registration, and then it shows Toons available for download. I have tried MANY times, and the download continually fails. I also downloaded and installed Toons seperatly, but i
