Newbie in DesktopX WinCustomize Forums

I have been looking at DesktopX and I am going to buy it I have and know how to customize my XP laptop with the following StarDock software logon Studio XP ,,,,,Icon Packager,,,,,,Bootskin XP,,,,,,,,ObjectDock,,,,,,,,,And I am even useing Logon Studio Vista ,,,,,,,,, but with the DesktopX for Vista It says you have to have impules installed for this to down load and up date,,, that is where I am running in to a snag question do you do that 1st or does it come with the DesktopX downlaod
