Thanks for piping in your replies... Thanks to Bichur's suggestion, I was able to track the problem down to a conflict with Fences. For whatever reason, Fences is overriding the random wallpaper protocol. When I have Fences completely disabled, everything switches perfectly. So there you go. There's a conflict with Fences and the ability to choose random wallpaper on Windows Blinds. Thanks so much for that, Bichur. I hope this will be fixed sometime

I recently purchased OD Ultimate (for my Win XP 32-bit OS) and imediately started to dig in. I found a really neat Windows 7 theme. Installed. Awesome. Next, I have a slew of high def wallpaper I want to use, so I went through all the settings to make sure that the newly installed theme didn't use its default background.
