I did my taxes a long time ago. We bought a house and had a baby last year so we had tax deductions up the wazoo. Got $3500 total. Good year so I'll be playing Demigod as much as possible.

1. Elemental: War of Magic Beta - Looking forward to the beta. Everything I've seen so far looks great. 2. Demigod - I can easily see myself playing for the rest of the year, beta has been really fun. 3. GalCiv 2 - It just never gets boring and sounds like we'll see a new update before too long. Also Sins and Starcraft 2 if it makes it out this year.
It has many RPG elements. When you play it, you'll see.
You get the collector's edition when you order through Stardock
I look forward to it being added to their other games as well.
Respawn after a short period of time? Believe me that is the longest 30 seconds ever [e digicons]:P[/e]

Beta is effectively over, but if you want to do some testing hang out in #demigod and test out the network code with Cari. She has a test application that she has people run.
04/14 is the date we've been told
It does sound really interesting, though I find it hard to believe you'll be able to play everything lag free. My cable modem is fine but it is no where near super reliable.
Thank you for the mod [e digicons]|-)[/e]
If you hold a flag, it isn't just exra war rank for you, it is deminished war rank for your oponent.
Absolutely correct and it is an element that is often overlooked by inexperienced players. They (and AI of course) tend to ignore flag capture or just go for 20% experience flag. If you can get your opponent behind in war rank it can be just as effective at getting them behind in experience levels. If I'm protected b
I like your Sedna skill suggestions. The active one would allow for a massive heal or silence flurry which may be a bit too much considering her pre-existing cooldown reduction passive. Add in a celerity flag and ouch. 50% may be overdoing, but I think the skill would work and compliment Sedna's existing skills well. The passive one also sounds good. Sedna has the ability to remove negative effects with Heal III (or maybe IV), but it is near imposs
Even done in "good humor" such exchanges are counter productive. The game is less than a month away. If there are any issues that still need to be communicated then they need to be done calmly and rationally if you want anyone to listen. Not speaking to you specifically, just in general we've seen a lot of ranting and raving lately.
Sedna is very fun to play and can be one of the most valuable DGs in a team when played right. She can use Pounce and Silence to interrupt enemy Demigods and her Heals to keep teammates alive. She also has auras that can reduce ability cooldowns, increase health regen, increase healing of your side's priests and prevent enemy priests from healing at all. Sedna's higher level Heals remove negative effects and even do area of effect damage against enemy troops.
Demigod's beta has wore me out with the "This game will be an utter failure if Thor's Hammer's slow effect isn't reduced to 4% instead of 5%!!!111" type of attitude way too many testers have devolved into. I'm hoping to see and partake in more constructive discussions without all the foaming at the mouth rage in Elemental's beta. I am eager to begin, but I wouldn't expect anything to start until DG is out the door.
A good explanation of what Demigod is. Hopefully future players are paying attention.
It is a neat feature once it is implemented. At one point I had a message pop in IRC informing me of an open game availble to join. I think that is a great idea as well.
Nice, thanks.
Yeah been this way for awhile.
So I did three custom games of 5v1 and just let them run until I won. Mostly I just did it for giggles. Here is how my games list records them... 5 March 17, 2009 Custom Game (Structured Defense) Prison
