I guess i can live without 3 milliseconds speedincrease. Also the idea to get locked in MS's version of Applestore doesn't really attract me that much. By the time Win11 comes out and win32 is phased out so you can only install MS approved apps from their store i imagine the run for other options will be impressive. At least i'll be gone. I wonder how many corporate IT guys are actually aware of the honeytrap win8 is, and how MS is babystepping towards a whole new virtual mono

My biggest shock ever was when i unsuspectingly installed the latest version of Start8 and was confronted with a metro menu of squares forcing me to scroll like a maniac to find what i was looking for. I'm not against change, i am not stuck on having things staying as they where. I am open to trying out different paths. I wrestled with it for a couple of hours trying to get it to work. No luck. The primary sees the secondary fine, i can add it to the grid and that's about it. No way it will connect. I went as far to disable the firewalls completely using gpedit.msc but all i see is when i open the primary, on the grid the secondary will light up for a few seconds as if trying to connect and then goes blank. Win7 and Win 2008 r2 both x64

Problems on wake up from sleep in Multiplicity Stardock Forums

The primary computer goes to sleepmode, second computer not. Second computer contains audio files. Primary computer wakes up, connects normally to the network, all network drives visible and accessible. Primary computer runs JRiver MediaCenter 17 When opening MC, all displays normally, all music folders are visible and can be accessed.
