Unable to add a ship to get to the fleet cap and create a fleet in GalCiv III Support GalCiv3 Forums

I am not able to add a ship with 1 logistics to a fleet that has 25/26 logistics. I'm assuming this a bug. Screenshot: http://imgur.com/5WIElhU

I can do that, but what it's not the same. In Vista it specifically says "Internet" and "E-mail" next to the applications and I'd like to keep that. I guess it's kind of a minor issue though, but still gets on my nerves a bit.

I installed the MyColors application on Vista and then when I was swapping themes out, I ended up going back to the default and now my Firefox and Thunderbird links no longer appear in the Start Menu for the "Internet" and "E-mail" icons. I can swap the default application to IE and it appears and works fine, but when I move it back to Firefox, the problem reoccurs. How do I fix it? (And it's most definitely this app's fault).
