I dont know if it this was a bug or if anyone has had it happen to them but I was in a DL game with a gigantic map using a custom race against 4 other races. I got the Altarians to attack the Drengin and a few turns latter I declared on the Korx. The war went well for me and I got the Korx down to 20 undefended planets (all they had) and no ships (not even freighters). Did you also know that if you buy a troop transport from another civ it appears just out of orbit next to the AI planet of origin and (here's the best part) it's fully loaded with his troops! Timing and planning it right you can conquer the galaxy using his ships his troops and through the diplomatic screen you can do it at the cost of only a few low level techs. I would suggest some tech trading. One strategy I use is to bring my diplo and soldering up as high as I can as fast as I can and then go to the diplomatic screen and trade a low level tech for every alien transport on the board. As soon as the AI accepts you get fully loaded transports just one square away from their systems. Time to declare war on the AI. I've conquered the galaxy very quickly that way with Xeno Farming II. One big suggestion though make sure first you have 3 or 4 heavily arme
