this is some i can remember "trying to update your primary password has failed"

but then this thing comes up about a primary password being updated

Ok whenever I start my computer it starts up stays on the boot skin and then moves and it says something about a primary password. So I never get to log in. So I have to reboot my computer so its like everything just started over and still its the same thing. I think it's because of the thing that changes your boot skin I had just installed it can somebody please help me?
