Thanks for the workaround. It worked on my first try and I've been able to switch to several different logon screens now. Looking foward to the bug fix on this one. I am on Vista Ultimate 64-bit like the other posters in this thread. As a further note, I didn't have Icon Packager installed at all, before or after I did the workaround, so I would say for those who don't have it installed, there is no need to do so.

I finally figured out how to get it to work, and as I suspected (based on previous experience with Impulse itself not running properly under a non-admin account), it appears to be a permissions issue. I set the Properties of the Impulse shortcut to run as Administrator, though Impulse gives you a big warning about running it as Admin. The reason for the warning is probably because once Impulse runs as Admin, any other process that it starts also has Admin rights. So if you use Impulse as your
