well found my problem. My Mother Board had a bad capacitor and the whole system was acting wierd. It was just a coinedence that the game was installed at that time..lol go figure....after replacing motherboard game works perfect...hope you all don't have that problem ...lol

Game Crashes with in 2 minutes of the game or in the options menus.
